I got my 16-year-old daughter a voucher for a certain number of sessions for all the areas we wanted. I am an old client, when the previous manager was there and it has always been good service. They made an appointment for her on a Monday at 6:20 p.m., we live 20km away and when we arrived they told us that they were not going to wax the areas we had chosen because they only had one, I thought we could have made a mistake, so I made an appointment with the person who assisted me that they were going to call me to confirm the next appointments and that they were going to do it in the next session in 6 areas. Well, I couldn't accompany my daughter the day she went, but they didn't shave her anymore because she was wearing a short skirt and suspenders, neither her arms, nor her legs, nor her linea alba, nor her lower back, nor her upper lip,... .and on top of that, they had called her to confirm and my daughter had to leave class to tell her that they had already spoken to me...when I called to ask for an explanation, I asked to speak to the person in charge of the center, and she was no longer the same, and I asked to speak to the person in charge of the northern area or Cantabria and I have not received any response. The only answer I got from the person who is now responsible for the store is that he didn't shave my daughter because it was sunny, and she was wearing suspenders and a miniskirt and he said she was dark, and then they sued him for burning people. My daughter hadn't gone to the beach for 2 weeks because first she hates it and second she doesn't like the sun and third she wasn't tanned...I responded that if I get there, if they shave her, that my daughter had stayed to eat sitting on a bench to go there, and they had done what they had wanted, perhaps they had a tight schedule and since a 16-year-old girl by education is not going to face an older person, they had to go home without obtaining the arranged service For that day. If it were me, it wouldn't have happened to me, since I have been going for 2 years in different seasons, and when it was summer, the professional who treated me asked me if I had sunbathed 3 days before and advised me not to. I exposed myself three days later but they have never stopped attending to me. Now this person decides.... A shame, but it's clear that when I finish her sessions I will look for other options where the people who manage know how to do it.
