Griswold Home Care for Mesquite

I contacted Griswold in need of care for my father. I related how very important it was for me to have professional, reliable aids to help us care for my father who lives in our home. I was greatly distressed when in one week, not one, not two, but three no shows. No communication was given to us to inform us of the aids not coming as scheduled. This was greatly distressing to us as a family who very much need assistance. I contacted Mike the owner, who he himself was a no show on our first appointment, and related our dissatisfaction. His initial no show should have been an indicator but I gave grace knowing things happen. To sum up our experience in one week I had a 75% no show rate which is unacceptable. Needless to say, I contacted a different agency and so far have been pleased. I will not be using Griswold again.

Gisell is an awesome coordinator and care giver. If I have a problem she comes and takes care of the problem. She steps in to take care of my dad if a caregiver can not make it. She is wonderful and so caring! Joe has made a great connection with my dad and always makes sure he has meals and good conversations ! He really does care. We appreciate him so much. Roshanda is new to us but she is doing a wonderful job! Thank you all!

If I could give our Griswold caregiver Gisel a 1000+ instead of 5 stars I would. She became a member of our family while taking care of our mother. We never had a moments worry during the two years she was cared for. Mimi loved her from the very start.

I found Griswold to be a top contender in home health care. They try to be a step above and current with all industry information. Always thinking outside of the box when trying to look at ways of improvement. They treat their caregivers as family and you can see how nicely their flow works. The office staff are down to earth, truly caring, and professional. The best out there!

I wouldnt even give them 1star. They may be excellent to their clients but working for them as an employee has been horrific! They constantly for months on end "conviently" forget to pay me for days worked. When i do get paid its always late. They have been saying its the new system for the longest time but still have yet to get it right. Also when i call to ask about my check i get the run around an told ill be called back. Michelle always calls back with an attitude an they are so rude. I was hung up on by gisselle, michelle, an even the owner mike griswold when askin where my check is. The owner calls back an says im the only one ( for the 100th time now) that payroll didnt go thru for. Supposedly they oush it thru but i always have to wait til monday or tuesday to be paid when paydays are on friday! DO NOT ... I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! Their business afdress is a post office box in mesquite. Theres no office to go into or location everything has to be done over the phone its just not worth it unless u like to work for free an be treated unfairly .
