Gold's Gym

Gym is OK but it's ALWAYS crowded, no matter what time of the day you go. I've tried early morning, early afternoon, late evening and I always have to wait for machines. One time I even had to wait for cardio equipment. A/C hasn't been working well so the air is a bit stuffy. People don't re-rack their weights so it's always messy. Machines are under maintenance constantly. Personal trainers and front desk staff are cool so that's nice. If you don't mind a dirty crowded gym and extending your workout time because of waiting for machines, this gym is fine. I've been a member since March so maybe they are going through a rough patch but seems like it's just getting worse. Certainly not what you would expect from a Gold's Gym.

I been coming to this location base on the customer service and how helpful they been. Aaron got my cousin in with a great deal, and he is very supported and keeps checking with us. If you’re looking for a great area definitely check Gold Gym downtown.

This gyms is great. The staff are all exceptional and friendly. Aaron got me in with a great deal and service he is very knowledgeable. I go there at least 5 times a week.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years now, no complaints. The entire staff is incredible, Aaron and Jesus are my guys! If you need anything, they’ll get you right. Definitely recommend this gym if you’re in the area.

Golds Gym DTLA is the best there is in atmosphere and customer service. I’m thankful for people like Aaron who doesn’t look at you as another sign up but as a person on a journey to bettering themselves physically and mentally. It’s Aaron that checks up on me and makes me feel seen especially on rainy days like today. He’s a natural at what he does and nothing is forced or fake. Salute to him and Golds Gym DTLA.
