Glastonbury Hot Yoga

Listen! I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for about 10 years now and I can confidently say this is the best studio I’ve ever been to. Alec and Sophia create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and they’ve brought together a wonderful community of students and teachers. The hot room is heated with infrared heat and has great ventilation so even just being in the room is a healing experience. Whether you’re looking to start a regular yoga practice, or just in town for a few days, stop by the studio for a class! Your body and mind will be glad you did. :)

I love Bikram yoga. The same 26 poses, the heat, I feel my strength and flexibility improving every week. But you can get that at any studio. Glastonbury Hot Yoga is special. They offer an environment that encourages you to challenge yet show compassion to yourself. Everyone is welcomed and supported. Sophia and Alec are LOVELY people. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great community, excellent teachers, perfect room and nice owners. Owners Alec and Sophia are attentive and "hug friendly". The hot room is clean, has infrared heat, and quality air. All the teachers are amazing and compliment one another very well. The students are relaxed, friendly, and positive. Its a great scene. Friday music class is a must.

Owners Alec and Sophia, husband and wife duo created such a beautiful space to practice 26-2 Bikram style yoga. Entire studio is bright and sunny, the hot room airflow is even and sterilized, and instructors are all friendly and engaging to each student. Cool refreshing towel is also provided at the end of each class. Whether you are new to hot yoga or seasoned hot yogi I highly recommend GHY.
