We went for lunch at noon and despite it being a restaurant chain that we like, our experience at this location disappointed us. We ordered a lasagna bolognese, which was delicious, as always, and some pirate fettuccine that was much worse than usual, with the sauce super runny and barely flavored. For dessert we ordered il gelato colossale, which consists of a chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream (we ordered one flavor and they brought us another...) and chocolate with peanuts, and even without taking into account the ice cream problem (we didn't say nothing because of how slow the service was) it was much worse than usual, with the cookie hard and cold. We don't know if it would be a specific problem on the day we went, but we wouldn't repeat it at this specific location.
