Good place to get in shape, delighted with the treatment of the workers

Gym with "solera". Competent professionals with excellent interpersonal skills. Correct advice and training plan - and/or rehabilitation. Wide variety of training machines.

- Misleading advertising (an advertisement appeared in El Correo for this gym and it did not correspond to the one in the photo). - Small gym. - Expensive for the few machines that exist. - Bad lighting. - Poor ventilation. - Dirty and not very tidy changing rooms (people leave their backpacks on the benches instead of in the lockers and you have no place to change. In addition, the floor and sink are always full of hair). - Broken machines (there are 5 treadmills of which 2 are ONLY for WALKING because they make a lot of noise). - Lazy monitors (one of them hangs out with his mobile completely ignoring people). - Cold place (I spent the whole winter training in the morning with negative temperatures on the street and they did not turn on the heating because we were only 2-3 people). - Depressing music (if you forget your headphones, forget about training motivated because the music they play in the gym is more for crying than training).

A monitor told me that you couldn't wear a cap in the engine room, to which I asked him what those reasons were and he responded in a bad way. In addition, they canceled a class that I was enrolled in in the middle of the month and did not give any other alternative or return the money.

It's good that hardly any people go and it's always free, but the machines are broken and old. The music hasn't been changed for 4 years... And no matter how much you ask them to play something else, they don't listen. Before there were more useful machines, now they have removed them to put in some that no one uses.
