Been coming here for over 2 years. I love the challenging work outs and my Boot Camp family. I especially love my super supportive friend and work out partner Tracy. The entire atmosphere at this gym is supportive, motivating and uplifting. Jason James our coach has a good thing going here.

The people are friendly and you get pushed to be your best and feel your best. It is the hardest I've ever worked during a workout.
