Geaux Maids of Baton Rouge

Chantelle did an excellent job on a deep cleaning of my house. She was at my home for 6 hours. I look forward to using Geaux Maids again.

Bait and switch in price!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I called an received a quoted price. After they had my credit card information, my quoted price was "modified" and increased by $60.00 with no explanation. Then, the person they sent used MY cleaning supplies. Paying over $300 for this cleaning, I expect them to provide supplies. Bad company policies and I will never recommend them or use them again.

Paid for a deep cleaning and they failed to do even a basic cleaning. The maid was sent twice and they still failed to get through the list of issues I sent to them (with pictures of trouble areas). Their original solution was a 5% discount. Now we've gotten to 25% but that is still not acceptable for how poor of a job they did. Terrible quality and very poor customer service. Take your money elsewhere Master bedside table not dusted, master shower not cleaned, master bathroom still had trash on the floor, master bedroom carpet not vacuumed, dining room untouched, kitchen stove not cleaned, walls near stove not cleaned, gust bathroom very poorly cleaned (large soap scum patches untouched), office entirely skipped on cleaning (not vacuumed or dusted), window seals not cleaned, and some smaller issues.

I booked a pre-move in clean, and my house was not cleaned AT ALL. Nothing had been swept or vacuumed, there were still stains in my sinks, and dust on all surfaces. After providing photos showing the home had not been cleaned, Geaux Maids refused to refund and instead only offered to “re-clean.” Of course, they didn’t offer this until I had already moved in and cleaned the home myself, making a “re-clean” for a pre-move in clean completely worthless. I would absolutely NOT recommend Geaux Maids. The customer service was rude and absolutely nothing was cleaned.TERRIBLE. Edited to add: after replying to this review and saying they would attempt to rectify this situation, no one has reached out or taken any steps to rectify this. Terrible customer service and terrible cleaning quality.

We've used Geaux Maids biweekly for several months and I'm not sure how I lived without them before! Patricia, Sam, and Allison have cleaned our house and all three have been fantastic. They always call or text beforehand, and since I always book the first appointment of the day, they always show up early and are friendly and professional. I can be nitpicky and they've always happily taken care of any of my requests to do things differently/more thoroughly. It is an absolute pleasure to come home to a clean house and not ever have to worry about making time to do it myself. And to be honest, having them come every two weeks has made it a habit for me to keep the house clutter free between visits - win win. Hiring Geaux Maids is 100% worth it!
