I was not shopping, lucky that I shop online because today when I was picking up for Amazon could verify what people says about their terrible customer service. This guy who attends to customers was rude. I don’t know why you work in a place to make people feel underestimated.

Shop had the items i was looking for. Unfortunately I was hounded by the disgruntled male employee for email/phone number even after politely declining. Female employee was very nice and respectful of my wishes. Female employee even offered a bag for my items. I'll pass, next time I'll go to amazon.com for my things.

I waited over 30 minutes and walked away to come back and the gate is still down. What kind of customer service is this. I have a busy schedule and stopped in to grab some stuff and didn’t get anything. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Need more staff or re-evaluate the scheduling. There should be no reason in mid day the store inside of a mall gate is closed with a sign saying “I’ll be back in minutes.”

I came by the GNC store at Westfield Mall on Sunday 29th at 12:00 pm, it was a flyer in the gate which says they will be back at 12:30, I waited 50 mins till 12:50 and they never come back and open the store gate. Horrible service.

The General Manager is horrible. only puts stuff out after they buy/try it. Available online for ordering and many people I know in other areas already have products but this location which by proximity is closest to my home is run by a yahoo who only does things upon their leisure . Staff is good but the GM is a f*** tart
