Fly High Bungee Fitness

Had the best first class here! My instructor, Lissy, was so knowledgeable about the movements we did. She was a real pro. Come to fly high if you want to be served by energetic, friendly staff. So excited to come back!

I’ve been flying with Fly High Bungee since February of 2022, and have been an instructor since May of 2022! Fly High is truly my FAVORITE community. I love teaching so much because of the smiles and laughs of each of the clients, not to mention they’re burning major calories while doing it. This is also the first workout I’ve been able to do without feeling lightheaded/passing out since being diagnosed with POTS in 2018. Low impact, high cardio is where it’s at! All of the instructors are AMAZING, and aside from teaching I also love taking the boot camp and trampoline classes as well 😊

My favorite form of exercise happens at Fly High Bungee Fitness! The atmosphere is amazing. Friendly staff and owner in addition to the music and step by step instructions. They make working out fun and exciting!

My daughter and I are nearing the end of our two-week “Love at First Flight” subscription. This subscription has given us the opportunity to try a variety of classes and instructors. The staff and participants have been welcoming and encouraging, and the workouts are fun and effective. Give it a try! I’m 50, and I can fly! :)

This class was Awesome!! We got into Charleston yesterday and had to try this! Meg was absolutely amazing and so encouraging! Must take if you come to Charleston!
