Fit Body Boot Camp

Workouts are great! The staff is so nice and motivating because they push you through the workouts. It's like having your own personal trainers for 30 minutes because they watch what you do and make sure you're doing it right to avoid injury. Highly recommend!

It is awesome! It only takes 35 minutes to get a full body work out. The trainers are really knowledgeable and are always willing to give advise about nutrition. I highly recommend it! Update. I still love this place! The trainers hype everyone and they offer exercise modifications for every level.

At FBBC, the trainers are excellent and very knowledgeable regarding fitness and nutrition. They are always willing to help in any way, answer questions, and push us each work out to make it the best 30 minutes of our day! I believe the precautions taken during this pandemic are very necessary and am glad for it. I also love that Alex is very involved in the community and invites all the members to be a part of it as well. I believe it’s the best gym in Brownsville!!

By far the best gym I've ever been to in Brownsville. Staff is very welcoming and trainers are always motivating and answering all your questions. They genuinely care in their clients and you can definitely see the change in your body!

This bootcamp location is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful! I love going in person and now during the pandemic they make available a session to work out at home. They are committed to helping you achieve your health goals!
