Love this gym and the awesome coaches! Everyone makes you feel like family❤️ There so motivating and make me look forward to working out everyday because your always going to do something different! You best believe your going to sweat your butt off in those 30 mins and feel so energized afterwards!!! I've been a member for 1 yr. now and I'm not going no where anytime soon, come join me and get fit!!!

I joined SLCFBBC almost 4 moths ago. And it has been a lifestyle change! The coaches do an awesome job at keeping you motivated at every session. The results start within the first week. You have more energy through the day, which was something I needed! I would and DO recommend SLCFBBC to any and everyone! No matter your body type or age, anyone can succeed.

I absolutely love this gym! I work shift work and have crazy hours. To be able to go somewhere and workout for 30 minutes and still burn a lot of calories, is a win in my book!! Love the coaches, staff and of course the owners! Always a clean bathroom with a mirror for your selfies since “you didn’t go if you didn’t take a selfie!”

Joined FBBC two years ago after being out of a gym or in any fitness routine in years & I felt welcome and comfortable from day 1. We are really like family & the coaches want the best for us. The workouts are always changing so it never gets boring & always challenges us. I have gained so many positive things here. LOVE IT!! come and join us you wont regrent!!
