Fit Body Boot Camp Irmo

I cannot recommend this gym enough. The instructors are friendly and knowledgable. The 30 minute classes are the perfect mix of challenging, without being too much. I came because I saw the results in my sister, and I was nervous because I have never done anything like this, nor lifted weights before, but in the first session I saw I had no reason to be nervous. The instructors explain every move well, correct your form, and are extremely encouraging. The atmosphere of the class and other members is very encouraging as well.

It's nice to get a full body workout in a half an hour instead of spending hours in the gym! Terrific coaches and people that attend the classes! It's amazing how you feel when you know you've accomplished a fit body workout!

This is not your average gym. The coaches push you to your max and the work outs are tough, but the benefits and results speak for themselves! It only takes 30 minutes; there are no excuses! I love how high energy every workout is and the camaraderie between everyone. This is one decision I don’t regret making. So excited for my future with Fit Body Bootcamp!

This place has completely improved my everyday life. Coaches are encouraging, energetic, and make 30 minutes fly by! Not only are the coaches amazing but everyone pushes each other to be better each workout. Could not recommend more! 5 stars!

I highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp! By far the best gym I've ever joined. The workouts are challenging but the coaches keep it fun and are there every step of the way to encourage and help any way they can. Never a dull moment!
