Fit Body Boot Camp Flowood

Been going since the beginning, best decision I ever made. I have muscle definition I haven’t seen in years. The coaches are great, the workouts are 35 minutes, and the people you meet along your journey are even better!

Flowood FitBody is not just a gym, it’s where you meet your family!!!! From my first class, to the most current ones, they make you feel like you are one of a kind. They not only motivate one another, but they are genuinely interested in your well being inside AND outside the gym. I fell in love with this program/gym instantly when I realized that the coaches (Coach Georgia in particular… AKA my 5:15am alarm clock/serotonin booster) and your class mates remember your name and your accomplishments… they honestly become your cheerleaders and biggest fans!!! Chouna and Philip have OUTDONE themselves in bringing this community to life and I’m so excited to watch them grow and for more people to come to love them as much as I have!!!

I came to Flowood Fit Body looking to lose weight. This place has given me SO much more than that! It's completely changed my mindset... from "I want to LOSE 50 pounds" to "I want to LIFT 50 pounds"!!! I came in shy and scared but now I'm confident and even the "class clown"! Even my mental health has improved! I couldn't ask for a better community. From day one I have always felt welcomed and like I belonged. I just love Flowood Fit body boot camp! Phillip and Chouna are amazing people. Such good hearted and sweet people. I love every instructor up there! So much more than just instructors. They care about you, and want to help you achieve your fitness goals! The exercises are tough but they work with you to alternative moves. You will get stronger and be able to do more quickly! I highly recommend that if you’re needing help, a community to help push you and such kind and caring people, join Flowood Fitbody! You won’t regret it. It’s worth every penny!

I love Fit Body Fitness! I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my body. I see more results in the 30 minutes at FBF 3-5 days a week than an hour, 3-5 days a week at the gym. FBF are friendly and provide the encouragement to get the most out of each session.
