Fit Body Boot Camp Cochrane

I have recently embarked on my fitness journey at Cochrane Fit Body Gym at the age of 58, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. The support I've received from my coach and all the instructors has surpassed my expectations. They have been instrumental in guiding me through both fitness training and a nutrition program. The instructors at Cochrane Fit Body Gym are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly encouraging and motivating… they are also very fit too! Despite my initial concerns about my age and fitness level they have consistently adapted exercises to suit my needs. Their flexibility and understanding have made me feel comfortable and supported throughout. I am currently undertaking the Ultimate Transformation program and can genuinely say that my worries about my age were unfounded. Cochrane Fit Body Gym has created a supportive environment that has allowed me to enjoy the start to my fitness journey. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Fit body’s programs, both the work outs and meal plans have changed my life. I’ve struggled with my weight and confidence for over 4 years after having a health issue and though I was an athlete in my younger days, I started to think this was the new me. My confidence, my mood, my posture and generally me, get stringers with every class! The 5:45pm line up of work outs with Rob guiding us through was exceptional last night! I highly recommend this facility and program. Find the best version of you.

A truly welcoming gym. Challenging but there is room for all fitness levels. The coaches are warm, personable and want to see you succeed. I’m glad to be back after a 4 year holiday 😉

Highly recommended! The whole team is very encouraging to each and every person who joins the bootcamp. They teach you from meal plans to work outs. Happy to be with this Family.

I love how much the coaches care and the new changes that have been made since there have been new owners!!! LOVE Fit Body and how it's changed my life by not only losing over 40lbs but how they have helped me get stronger physically and mentally!!!!
