Fit 4 Life Farm / CrossFit Glorified

Holy WOW!!! Visiting from NC for thanksgiving.. my friend & I came across this gym on google to do a drop in so we can get our post turkey dinner workout in. We were both so blown away by how beautiful this property is. Everything in the gym has so much character. The pond, the outdoor setup, the platforms inside?!?! It literally doesn’t get any better. The members of Fit 4 Life are truly truly lucky to have such a special place to exercise. I will most definitely be back when I visit my family in the future. Thank you for being so helpful & welcoming!! How thankful are we all to be a part of this community? 🤍

Best workout place period..I started and stopped working out and now getting back in to it but absolutely nothing but POSITIVITY from the owners no judgements from no one it’s really one huge family with everyone they will and have seen them work and push everyone to the point of trying to bring the absolute best out of every person that walks through the door my first workout back I was absolutely humbled when Gus the owner asked me if I mind he prayed for me so we both prayed very proud to call the owners FRIENDS…thank you Gus for believing in me and everyone you coach GOD BLESS YOU brother anyone curious just saying give it a try ❤️

This is a cross fit gym for all ages and fitness levels! I’m in the senior class twice a week as well as occasional private classes just because. The owners/coaches are both phenomenal instructors with special knowledge of body functions, precise form with purpose, sensible progress expectations and a sense of humor, to boot. They have changed my mind totally from being quite negative about gyms to a true believer in them.

Super nice people. We are trying their indoor soccer this winter.

For me, there will never be any other gym, trainer, or at home work out that could compare to the benefits I receive at Fit 4 Life Farm. The people there have made a huge impact on my life. I look forward to my workouts. No matter the challenge. They push you to your fullest potential. They lift you up. They encourage you. Motivate you. Everyone is welcoming. Friendly. You feel included. It’s like a family there. You take care of each other. There is no judgement. Being there has helped me emotionally and physically. & I am so blessed to be a part of Fit 4 Life Farm. I tell everyone it is the best decision I ever made. I can’t imagine life without Lou and all the ladies there now. I can laugh, cry, vent, and relieve pent up stress/anger there. And leave like a huge rock has been lifted from my shoulders.
