Amazing gym!! The staff, the classes, the people, the list goes on and on. Not only will you get in the best shape of your life, but you will get to know so many interesting and cool people, and probably develop some incredible friendships too. But fair warning, don't come in with excuses because they won't be tolerated (lol), the staff here want you to be the best that you can be and then some. So go in with a positive attitude and ready to work!

Amazing gym. Great atmosphere with a friendly personable staff. It has a family feel with people who actually care about you and what’s going on in your life. They enjoy getting to know you and what motivates you as a person. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Gym owner doesn’t update hours on website / Instagram / Google Maps / or classpass leading to people showing up and being denied entry. You would think they would take the common courtesy of updating their online channels with their hours.

Best place ever!!! Kind, but strong people. They make you feel like family and not like cult-ish and clique-ish like other work out places!!!! I moved 30 minutes away and I still try to make it here at least twice a week! Great location, ample parking, lots of time slots for classes! Oh AND BONUS!!!! Bonus bonus bonus…if your babysitter cancels last minute on you, you can bring your kid! And or bring your doggy!

I started coming here a month ago and it has been incredible. The coaches are great and the other patrons are extremely kind. It doesn't matter how new or advanced you are, you always feel welcome here. Even if you have an injury, the coaches will adjust the workout for you. The workouts are really hard and I always leave feeling accomplished! The community as a whole, is fantastic and I highly recommend for anyone!
