Every instructor is always cheering you on from the beginning to the end of their class. This group of ladies & gentlemen who use this studio are the best motivation for any challenge you have in front of your self to accomplish. This fitness studio is awesome! I have been going consistently since July and I have seen a tremendous impact on my health overall. There are a wide variety of classes to choose from so you can do whatever you feel like in a given week. The instructors (Daynelle and Emily) bring so much passion to the classes that you can’t help but love it. They are energizing and make working out fun! Definitely worth trying.
