Fathom Five Divers

Reid as our dive master and Mercedes boat captain were fantastic. Ive never seen so many turtles in one place (Sheraton caverns). Plus fast lane site saw a couple white tip, octopus, and many fish. Great dive and both take safety very seriously. Would highly recommend.

I can't begin to say enough good things about this company. I have dived in several different countries and Fantom is one of the most friendly, professional, and safe company that gave so much effort to show us a good time. Starting with booking, I made an error and emailed the company. They responded back immediately and had fixed my request. At the dive shop, check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our dive guide went over our equipment which was in very good condition/quality and set everything up for us. On the boat ride out our guide showed us pictures of things we might expect to see, pointed out things on the island, shared his knowledge on the unique ecosystem, and gave some much information on sea turtles. During the dive we saw so many turtles, fish, lobsters, and an octopus. Our guide had an underwater writing pad that he used to write down the things he pointed out. All staff was super friendly and offered to take photos/videos of us while on the boat and in the water. Such a fantastic company that we will definitely use again when we visit.

Great dive shop in Kauai. We did 5 dives with them on our trip — a two-tank night dive and a three-tank day trip. Julie was our divemaster for the day trip, and her nudibranch-spotting skills were top notch :) She helped us find and identify 10 different species, including a couple bucket-list slugs like the gold-laced nudibranch we found on our last dive. I would highly recommend Fathom Five.

We dove four days with Fathom Five Divers and couldn’t have been more pleased with their dove operation. Professional crew and very comfortable boat that is designed for divers! They all educated us on the large and small life that we saw on all dives! The highlight was swimming with a whale shark, which just happened to be crossing in our return path from Ni’ihau!

Fantastic dive shop. The day after flying our sinuses weren't clearing and we were feeling awful. The shop was incredibly accommodating and rescheduled us. The captain made what could have been a very rough ride very enjoyable. The dive sites were amazing and the dive master was a pro. We saw some beautiful wildlife and our rental gear made the dive very comfortable. The use of the dive computers was easy and intuitive. I can't say enough good things about Fathom Five. One of the best operations on the island.
