Very nice gym! Moat of the coaches are really helpful and you can tell they really love what they do. I love that they have the workouts already laid out and they demo the workouts with modifications. They really want you to be doing things correctly so you don't harm yourself. Great place to workout!

FITCamp is the best gym I’ve EVER joined! I love that it is women only and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I needed some modifications as I had been out of the gym for quite a while due to kids and surgery. Casey, Chloe, and everyone in class was so encouraging and helpful. I felt like I found an instant family at FITCamp. Love it!!

FitCamp is more than a place to workout - the members that I know are more like family! I would highly recommend for any lady wanting to better their health. Casey & her team do a great job with all things fitness!
