FIRE Fitness Camp Waupaca

FIRE has been a game changer for me- not only for my physical health, but my mental health as well! I always leave a workout feeling better about myself and the progress I continue to make. Staff/coaches are very encouraging and are always motivating you to work hard and push even harder! This is truly a highlight of my day! I’m a little over a year in and I can’t imagine my life without it and not to mention the friends I’ve made along the way- I love my fire family!

I have been a member of FFC Waupaca since April 2016. I have seen wonderful transformations with myself and my fellow peeps. The boot camps are tough but fun. Fire is not like your typical gym. Everyone is encouraging and motivating!!! Jesse and Emily are great owners and are truly invested in Fire!!

I LOVE getting my workouts in at FIRE. The training style is excellent to be sure I get my best workout in each day, and to be sure I’m keeping proper form. The gym is kept very clean, and currently with the COVID pandemic, the sanitization efforts are excellent and I feel quite comfortable working out here. I also appreciate that the workouts can be done by people of all ages. There is always an option to modify if you aren’t comfortable with a particular exercise- just ask the coach! I highly recommend coming in for a free visit to give it a try!

I have been going to 5:30am camp at FIRE for over 3 years. I will set myself a personal goal and when I go to grab the weight that I thought would be challenging, I notice it can go heavier because I am stronger, And the coach is right there to make sure you are doing the exercise in both a way to get the most benefit but also to not strain or hurt yourself. I LOVE the support of my FIRE family!

Awesome staff/owners with dedication to see everyone succeed. They consistently push me a little harder to prove I can do it and have made me stronger than I ever thought possible. My FIRE family has definitely exceeded my expectations!
