FIRE Fitness Camp New Franken

This isn’t your typical gym… It is more like a second family! From the moment you walk thru the doors being greeted by Krista the owner or one of the coaches by YOUR first name to the amazing relationships you build with the other clients going to Fire to the amazing 30 minute functional intensive resistance exercise! And don’t forget to grab a banana post workout, some 1st Phorm Products or Fire Apparel! The accountability Fire has drew me in as well, doing 90 day check ins to keep me on track to my goals and if I missed a few days at the gym, Krista was reaching out see how things were going! I have never craved a gym or workout so much until I started coming to Fire Fitness!

Love Fire!!! Krista and everyone of the coaches are amazing!!! It's not just a gym, it's a place where they help you reach your personal goals. Variety of workouts so you never get bored and it is made for all skill levels. No matter if you are just going to be starting activity or have been working out for years, Fire is the place for you! I can't start my day without it, not only because of the amazing workouts but to see my friends I have gained since joining. Judgement free and 100% supportive!

A year and 3 months ago, the words FITNESS and FUN would never be in my vocabulary… enter Fire Fitness New Franken! I walked in the doors with my neighbor not knowing what we were getting ourselves into, and now we’ve never looked back! The Fire Community is like family! Everyone welcomes you, no judge zone, and you just DO FOR YOU! I love that it’s only 30 min out of the day and that working out is not longer “work” but FUN! Yes it is hard work, but being amongst an enthusiastic group of people and coaches that inspire and encourage you, it’s just an amazing place to be! I always tell my daughter “try it you might like it!” Well, I tried it and LOVE it! 250 camps later and just keeping at it!

I joined Fire Fitness- New Franken for a free workout in July. They welcomed me with open arms and provided a smoker of a workout. Will definitely return!

Highly recommend Fire! Best part of my morning is walking through the doors. Krista and all the coaches are amazing and encouraging, always pushing us to be our best and work hard. Definitely make you feel like family! LOVE THIS PLACE!
