FGN is everything I have been looking for in a gym and more! I had been looking for a gym that provides all the weights needed to get back in shape without having to fight to use every piece of equipment unlike other gyms and that’s was FGN is able to provide and more! Tiffany made my girlfriend and I feel so welcomed and feel part of a community that wants you to get better without any strings attached. The facilities are top notch with an outdoor area for when it gets hot outside. The equipment is very clean and I was really impressed with the different variety that you don’t find at most gyms. Tiffany really does care about you and wants what’s best for you. The cherry on top is being able to workout with her adorable dogs around you! I would recommend to any of my friends!

How I actually found out about this place was through my boyfriend as he has been looking for a place that accommodated all of his needs (being able to actually use equipment, an environment where he can focus, and a couple other things). He was able to message the owner Tiffany and set up a time to tour the space. He invited me to go with him, and I honestly didn’t expect too much, but let me tell you…this space blew my mind. Not only did the space blow my mind, but the hospitality and kindness of Tiffany alone made me feel as I have never felt in a gym environment before. I have no background with working out and only have done things through sports as a child. Tiffany genuinely took the time to get to know us and made us both feel as though we were being heard out on our needs. The moment I told Tiffany about anything I struggled with physically, she immediately reassured that if we did sessions together, she would be sure to research my condition to understand my needs. That alone made me feel finally heard as a woman. Tiffany has built an incredible space that I personally think is one of the most hidden gems in Indiana hands down. I did a work out there (after signing up), and finally got to touch equipment I would never have been able to touch at other gyms. Tiffany built an incredible space alone, yet I will truly say that the reason my boyfriend and I felt so confident in signing up was because of who Tiffany is and how we were treated. I’m so excited to be part of this community!

Hello everyone. Just want to say that I’ve been a member of FGN for many years even though I haven’t been consistently and no longer belong over personal reasons. Tiffany and Kira are very professional and business oriented. I highly recommend this gym. Please be respectful of the few small owned businesses left in this community, as there aren’t many left. Please keep this in mind when posting comments and please consider all the facts before posting.

You won’t find anything close to what this gym can offer. sure you can probably find a big place that will be packed and have many mad people that disrespect you not here,the atmosphere is awesome with a private environment and very educated and respectful people that you will only make the experience of being here more pleasant. If your goals are to be surrounded with the right people and an a great environment to maintain yourself focused on your vision this place is the place to be. They also have a fantastic trainer (Tiffany Whitley) she’s a women with a strong frame,respect to others , herself ,has been in the industry for years. one thing I will add on to this review is don’t judge her for her strong for her character at first she is hard to read many people that are soft will get offended. but if you’re around her for some time and get to know her. you will realize that her positive energy is so high that is contagious definitely a great role model.

Great gym and Tiffany is amazing. I am glad I found this place.
