Amy is an amazing Phoenix yoga teacher! She really understands the depths of yoga and offers a more full practice that leaves me feeling not just physically more balanced, but mentally emotionally and spiritually as well. Her classes have range of levels and includes all levels of experience. If you're looking to get back into a deeper self awareness and strength, I highly recommend taking Amy's classes! Kind, supportive, strong and warm, you will feel the energy blooming all around you!

Amy is a master Guru Yogi I have taken a multitude of yoga classes and Amy’s class is definitely one of a kind I am able to go deeper in my stretches during yin, find inner peace and most importantly my flexibility has driven me to explore yoga at a higher level. I leave class rejuvenated and happy 🤗 Did I mention the variety of new poses and progress toward new ones available in power yoga as well!

Amy is an amazing yoga teacher! I honestly never liked yoga until I took one of Amy’s classes. She works with you at the level you are at and helps you improve. You can tell she loves what she does and it reflects in her caring, fun personality. I would encourage anyone to try one of Amys classes.

Amy Madrid is an amazing Yoga instructor with kind and caring teaching. I enjoy her classes of Power Yoga weekly and Yin Yoga 3 days a week and I have made great improvements with my breathing and abilities to do the Yoga poses. I recommend Amy’s classes and give her 5+ stars as a fabulous Yoga instructor.
