This wellness center is truly the best around. They offer a wide variety of classes and services focused on functional movement and strength training. The instructors are superior and the business is managed flawlessly. Empowered Wellness Studio is a wonderful community that has withstood the test of time and continues to flourish by offering science-based wellness and optional living for all beings.

Not only are the classes great but the management of the business is run like no other studio. This place understands the need for someone answering phones as well as providing classes. I cant stand yoga places that you cant get in touch with someone to ask questions. I recently wanted to setup a private class for my management team, they accommodated us and the OWNER of empowered was our instructor! It was a great experience. Clean studio, great atmosphere. Bravo EY Bravo!

Place is nice and clean, staff is very friendly, instructors are very nice. It doesn't matter if this is your first time or if you are an expert, the instructorsec make you feel comfortable.

It’s my second home. The teachers are so knowledgeable and caring; the studio is gorgeous and clean and the heat 😍
