I highly recommend. The receptionist is extremely polite and regularly knows patients by their first name, which is astonishing given the sheer volume of individuals walking through the front door. The clinical staff on duty always greet patients with a smile and are extremely helpful when asking any questions. It truly is a service with a smile. In particularly, Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond for her patients. If she doesn't have an answer right away to questions related to your health, she finds one. I have never failed to receive a call back when leaving a message, and it has always been in a timely manner. As a team, their customer service is top notch! Wait times are short, but their care and attention to each patient is never rushed. It shows why my wife and I have both been patients for years!

VERY DISHONEST “medical facility.” It’s been bothering me for months and I feel it’s important to warn others. The owner evidently thinks this is a local bakery shop or a nail salon, as they charge you an extra 4% if you pay with card (debit or credit). Could it be to avoid taxes as they also bill insurance in addition to charging a $150 fee if you get a prescription? (See attached image). This place is not run like a medical office. It’s run like a shady med spa with exorbitant and predatory practices. Find a primary care or endocrinologist and save yourself time and money. Alison is in charge of their billing codes. She’s very rude on the phone and not knowledgeable. We were billed $622 for basic labs. I’m looking into this and ensuring it’s not fraudulent activity. Stay far away from this place. It’s criminal what they’re doing. They also give injections via cash pay that don’t require any type of medical assessment ahead of time, potentially putting your health at great risk and interacting with other medications you’re on. Nothing “elite” about this place. Scummy is a better way to describe it.

Big Herb started coming here about three months ago. Already, this place has changed my life. They came recommended by a friend/coworker. So I took his advice and slid on up in this joint! The rest is history! I filled out the paperwork and had conversation regarding what I was experiencing. Blood testing was done and I qualified for the TRT. This is the smartest thing I have ever done. I feel like me again! The ladies here are wonderful. They are always happy and cheerful. I hear a lot of laughing and joking while there while they maintain a professional atmosphere. I was educated and informed completely along the way. I highly recommend this place!
