Under Mike's expert guidance, not only have I witnessed a remarkable physical transformation with increased muscle mass and definition, but he has also played a pivotal role in helping me overcome Jiu Jitsu-related injuries to my shoulders and stabilizing a weak knee with a torn ACL. Can’t say enough good things about this gym. It’s for those who want to show up and work, whatever that means for you. Whether you want to go heavy with your weight or go light, using the workouts to support a sport or hobby or just working on your fitness, you won’t be judged here, everyone is too busy working. Members are welcoming and friendly and the class format keeps things interesting. Coach Mike gives fantastic instructions and he is dialed in with an eagle eye keeping everyone on point with form throughout class. Ainsley and the other coaches are top notch as well. So happy to have found this hidden gem thanks to the guys at Southern Meal prep (would highly recommend them too!)

Elite Edge came into my life when I desperately needed a trainer for my middle school son who was being verbally bullied at school, which resulted in him being withdrawn and angry all the time. We got set up with Zach VanZile who has been the best thing that has happened to us. Last year my son had a losing wrestling season, and after training for the last 5 months with Zach, has ended his regular season matches with only 1 loss. He now has confidence and is much more passionate about being the best athlete he can be, that although he still wants to leave his school, he says, “All I need is Zach and I’ll be fine”. This is what being a coach and a mentor is all about. Making a lasting difference in someone else’s life. In terms of the Elite Staff, I’ve met many of them and they all have such positive attitudes and are so encouraging - just a great vibe here.

I have been doing personal training with Mike and it has been amazing. Everyone at Elite Edge is so friendly and encouraging. Mike pushes me but not to the point that I feel that I will get injured. He always asks how my body is feeling before and after a workout. I appreciate that! Their classes are challenging but also fun. So thankful I found Elite Edge.

Cannot recommend the trainers and classes here enough! Trainers are fantastic - they meet you where you are, for whatever goals you have. Whether it's for a specific physical goal, to get familiar with gym equipment, improve form, or just start building your own gym routine, the trainers at Elite Edge (especially Zach) are fantastic at helping you work towards your goals by building a program specifically for you. All the trainers have great, encouraging attitudes and are passionate about what they do for their clients. Classes are also great - challenging but adaptable to your own level of fitness. The classes are high energy with lots of variety. It's a great community of people who really love what they do!
