My daughter and I came to the Elevate Yoga Center this afternoon and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Niki was amazing, her calming voice and soothing words made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Samantha is THE best instructor that they have. She hasn’t taught an aerial yoga class in a while but when she did she was my absolute favorite. She made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. I’ve invited all of my friends to join her classes with me and I truly have never felt so cared for in any yoga setting. She is kind and attentive. Being a plus size person who enjoys yoga can be really scary sometimes but with her teaching and reminding me and everyone else to meet our bodies where we are at?? That has truly changed the way I view myself. If you ever see her name up for a class I promise you want to join.

Such a wonderful class! Today was my first time ever doing elevated yoga and it will not be my last. Wonderful and helpful instructor! Can’t wait to go back :)

Rachael was amazing!!! I did a fire flow class with her after being super rusty. She was patient, encouraging, positive and motivating. How lucky was I to get a one on one on this rainy day but it was such a good vibe, I decided to purchase the special for new members unlimited yoga for 30 days. Highly recommend!
