Not very serious. I presented a case to them, they said they would study it and I never heard from them again. The easy thing would have been to say that they were not interested or that they did not believe they were capable of solving it and that way I would have looked for another office and would not have wasted my time waiting months without contacting me. I tried to contact you several times and I'm still waiting. Professionalism is conspicuous by its absence. Very dissatisfied.

From my experience I believe that they do not have any professionalism, any information about the cases.
