Edge Body Bootcamp is an amazing gym with more support than you could imagine. All of the coaches are incredible and so knowledgeable about fitness and how to get you to your goals. It’s welcoming for kids and overall a great place to come when you need to disconnect from life and focus on yourself. My workouts are one of the few times I can enjoy time for myself without being needed. I love the atmosphere and the people!!

Edge Body Boot Camp is unlike any gym I’ve ever attended, in all the right ways. The workouts are challenging and new every day. The trainers are inclusive of all fitness levels, knowledgeable, and helpful. And the community is very welcoming and supportive. I love it here!

I began the journey 42 days ago at Edge Body. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. The workouts are different every time you go, so you can never get bored. You are constantly being challenged to get to your next level. It’s incredible what 42 days of consistent work can do for your body, mind and spirit.

When I first came to Edge I wasn’t sure. I was use to your basic gym with classes. Edge is more than that tho. As you continue to go to the bootcamp style classes, you see the same faces and those faces become your friends and encouragers. Those hard classes are done with those friends, who make you laugh, because we are all struggling together. But, we always finish and come back wanting more. I love the extra push I get there, especially the extra challenge programs they have. Those challenges pushed me to work harder, gain strength/stamina, and lose 25 lbs. So, thank you Edge and all the Trainers who make all the classes and pushes us to do better! And of course making it fun!

I’ve been going to Edge for about 2 months now. My wife has gone for several years, but I never felt like it was for me. I don’t typically like working out, especially at a gym, but I’ve really enjoyed it at Edge. I like that I don’t have to walk in and look at a bunch of machines that I don’t know how to use and figure out a workout on my own. The workouts are different every day, so I don’t get bored of doing the same thing. The HIIT style workouts are always challenging, but not impossible (exercises can always be modified if needed). There are 4 different trainers and they’ve all been great. The thing I’ve liked the most is the community of people and individual friendships I’ve made. I’d definitely recommend Edge if you want to get in better shape, be healthier all around and workout with a community of people who will encourage and support you.
