Eden Yoga & Salt Studio

I have been practicing and teaching at this studio sense it opened and it has always been a very clean, inviting, and serene place full of wonderful people. There are a variety of classes available for all levels and I personally like to offer something that just about anyone would feel comfortable doing. No need to stress it! Eden Salt Studio is such a wonderful place with amazing staff and a great energy! The yoga classes are taught by professionals that really seem to love their practice and sharing it with others! The salt therapy room is one of my personal favorites, so relaxing! Tori has created a magical place! Thanks Tori!

The yoga classes here are awesome and so is the salt therapy! But my favorite thing at Eden is a deluxe infrared sauna session! It not only eases joint pain & promotes healing, it’s also very relaxing & a great way to sweat out toxins! The owner, Tori Jones, is one of the nicest people I have ever met! The salt walls are so calming by themselves but the salt therapy/Halotherapy left me feeling uplifted. The yoga instructors are wonderful. I’m loving exploring all the ways I can heal here. Highly recommend.

I love Eden! It's been a refreshing pause from all the active things I do, I"ve been able to learn more about my body with Yoga with Tori and a couple other teachers and also getting my breathing right with the Halotherapy! The staff have always been nothing but sweet to me and I appreciate their energy. Highly recommend if you can!
