Early Learning For Everyone

HORRIBLE SCHOOL...Please read.., I have a 3 yr old autistic daughter. About 30% of her speech is understandable. I had this feeling they were trying to get her out of the school for some reason. They first said she didn't need full days anymore becuz she was doing better. We tried to get public assistance so she could continue the second half of the day. Spent a couple of months but eventually didn't qualify for it. Then soon after that, one day my wife gets a call to go down to the OCS office where they took my daughter out of school, and to not tell me and arrive by herself. I was still at work. Long story short they said my daughter was playing with stuff animals in a sexual way and apparently when they pointed to her lower area she said Daddy ouch. To our knowledge she has never done or said this to anyone else even with many people and many attempts to recreate that scenario. We get random pics and video clips from her school daily. To my knowledge none of these allegations have been recorded or video taped. My daughter was pulled out of school without either parent knowing and went threw numerous tests. Of course they all came back good. I have heard where people that have gone threw similar situations and it doesn't matter once an investigation is open like that even if it comes out as nothing happened or inconclusive it can still shows up on your record as a sexual investigation involving a minor. If this can happen to me it can happen to anyone. I wish I would of saw a post like this before enrolling her in this school. This doesn't only affect me, my wife, it affects my daughter the most and for that I will never forgive them.
