Eagle Yoga House

Love this yoga studio. The classes are challenging and the instructors are very experienced, helpful, and welcoming. They have an infrared sauna also with a red light panel. Look into the numerous benefits for red light therapy, After I learned they had one onsite, I have been going for sessions every week. The infrared sauna penetrates so much deeper into your tissue as does the red light and it all feels phenomenal. Great studio, great staff, and great amenities.

As a person who is not flexible or talented in yoga, the staff have been kind, helpful and welcoming. The classes range from warm yoga, hot yoga, beginners class and a sculpting class. I am comfortable going to any of the classes. It's a beautiful environment with a locker room, showers, etc. I would recommend Eagle Yoga House to anyone who wants to feel more centered in your thoughts and respect your body.

I have been coming to Eagle Yoga for about a year now and I LOVE it. All the instructors are so nice and caring. Susan, the owner does such a great job, not only teaching, but hiring professional teachers that know their stuff. I always have a great workout and they’re always pushing me to do stuff that was once out of my comfort zone! I’m so happy with all my improvement not only in my yoga practice but also through my mind and body over the last year. I’ve seen physical differences in the mirror, but also feel the difference in stress relief and anxiety in my life. I highly recommend if you want a great workout, but also a great community that supports you and pushes you to be the best version of yourself!

I almost don’t want to tell any more people about this place because it’s getting quite crowded, but I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years now and have been to many studios. Eagle Yoga House is an amazing place full of authentic, down-to-earth people, who all emphasize listening to your body. There is never any competition, and each instructor offers something different and something special. All levels of yogis are accepted and encouraged. It’s super clean and the locker rooms have showers which is a huge plus for me. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to practice yoga in Idaho. This place has become a second home to me!

I signed up for a 2 week trial at Eagle Yoga House and love it so much I signed on for a year! I have taken classes with Susan, Amanda, Sean, and Chelsy and they are all amazing instructors! I constantly feel encouraged to push myself and always leave class feeling stronger. The atmosphere of the studio is very inviting and positive. Nothing but great things to say about Eagle Yoga House ☺️
