ENT & Allergy of Southeast Missouri

Wish it could be a 0 for the office staff. Got a referral and pretty much wasted time. The Dr's were nice and friendly but couldn't help with the issue I was having with my inner ear and eustachian tube. They had me tested for sleep apnea and an apparent 6 month follow up. I had no record and no call about the appointment, JUSTa BILL FOR a no Show! Tried to kindly let them know I received no call/reminder and had no record for that visit! Refused to waive the charge! Never dealt with a Dr's office like this. I see multiple Dr's every month...I know my health appointments and not willing to work out the issue is crazy! I guess they think they have a monopoly and I am forced to see them again...what ashame!

Surgery yesterday. No communication to pharmacy for post op meds, no response to inquiries with office, no care at all. It's really hard to imagine being treated more poorly. Now 48 hrs later No follow up Zero response.. Glad I didn't bring children here for care. I have never posted a negative review for anything before but this is just wrong. In every way

Dr. Medaris is by far the best ENT I've seen so far. He takes his time to explain things and answer all my questions. If I ever need anything he's easy to get ahold of thru the ladies up front, who are always so kind and helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

Horrible experience! The office staff are constantly overworked and don’t have any time to do any of the clerical work that might be asked of them. Really need more receptionists or people in the office to assist!!

The NP, Glen, is great. Always kind, great with my children and explains everything well. We are so thankful to have this clinic in close driving distance to home. Dr. Roberts did well with the surgeries. The staff at the office are always helpful and kind. Highly recommend
