Drybar Westport at the Village Center

This is 3rd time I had such bad service from the manger wearing dreadlocks in her heir! This place has the worst service and yet I love the what they offer. So sad how poor performing employees can make a business loose clients! I live in the area and this is convenient. They insisted my hair was not dry. I came in with dry hair but was hot sweaty from rushing as I was 10 mins late. From the phone call this woman was rude and not accommodating, she should have said on the phone please don’t bother to come in as we cannot accommodate you as you are 10 mins late. Instead both her and the stylist not sure her name red hair had made up their minds they will not be doing my service today! The WORST SERVICE IN WESTPORT! Left with hair a mess as I just came in with quickly dried hair for a style!

Read the reviews before you book. Also Chyanne is no longer there. This is hands-down, the rudest, and worst location I have ever been to… my appointments have all been canceled or moved to different days or several hours past their times, because the manager does not know how to properly manage this location. I have tried to speak with the individuals that runs this location and every single time I am told that I have to be the one that’s flexible when in actuality, every single appointment I’ve made has either been changed or booked. I have a lot of hair and I admit to that, but I am treated extremely poorly by their stuff. And not once has my appointment gone through at the time Iv booked. So if you have longer hair than your shoulder length, and straight do not go here! This location should be shut down. Over the last three months especially I’ve had four different appointments completely canceled and every single time I get the exact same response that my hair takes too long so they canceled my appointment or a hairstylist in show up. I have been dry bar customer for over 10 years in New York City and never once had an issue. This location needs better training and better employee.

Terrible customer service. I admit I showed up late to the appointment and was then offered just dry service, meaning sprays and hot tools. My hair was greasy when I left, they did not utilize their tools and materials and they didn’t even use the WHOLE amount of time to do my hair, yet they said they didn’t have time to wash my hair. I arrived at 12:14 for a 12:00 appointment and the hair dresser was “done” with me at 12:34, I was on my way home by 12:46. Pretty terrible “45 minute” hair appointment. It took me longer to get there than the time I spent in the chair. I could have done it better myself. Not to mention, I’m 9 months pregnant and there was zero courtesy, or kindness. When asked for their late policy, they couldn’t find it and said they were booked all day. There was no one there waiting when we arrived or when we left. Don’t waste your time. @drybar

Chyanne was amazing!!! Holy cow my hair was so beautiful. She was incredibly sweet and took her time! My hair was perfect after coming here! Highly recommend!

Struggle to even leave one star. By far the rudest staff and least friendly environment. My stylist barely looked at my hair and acted like it was a nuisance to do - on a slow Saturday. I brought my well behaved three year old and they didn't even so much as a smile at her - she sat quietly looking at her tablet and when we left, asked why they didn't like her. I will not be back.
