Drybar Salt Lake City - Sugar House

I have had great experiences at dry bar especially with Kellie. My hair is done to perfectionist each time and I’m asked if I’m satisfied or if any changes needed to be made.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to Drybar in several different states, and I have had nothing but positive experiences! I made an appointment, had an email confirmation, and showed up ten minutes early. The doors were locked, and no one answered the phone. I left several voicemails and did not get a call back until that evening with several excuses (someone called out sick, your phone number wasn't correct etc) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Drybar is great, but not this one. I had a very important speech to make and was from out of state. I called H2Blow (Foothills) and told them my story. They worked me in that very hour. When you own a business, that is what you do. I will go to them every time I am in town on business.

Kind of disappointment with the service and the experience. I always get blowouts in Drybars in LA, PHX, Vegas. My stylist seemed so uninterested in what I wanted and came off very cold. I always have great experiences everywhere else.

These talented stylists do amazing work here. The blowouts take less than an hour and last me for a week.

Very professional and super cute. I would ask for the manager or assistant manager that’s who I got and she was amazing!
