I received, as always, incredible service. My hair tech was funny, kind and incredibly skilled, able to achieve exactly what my goals for the appointment were. Savannah was incredibly helpful in getting my appointment situated so I could enjoy the day with my mother. Her stylist was also incredible! My mother walked out feeling completely beautiful and cared for and that means the most overall 🌞

LOVE drybar! I take my daughter for her dances to get up dos. Spencer always does an incredible job and is so kind! Highly recommend!

Was in town for a conference and decided to stop in and get my hair done with drybar since I’ve had a good experience before. Everyone was so welcoming and very friendly. The professionalism of everyone in there was exceptional. Drybar clearly cares about its clients and provides a very welcoming environment. My hair was so soft, and they used the right amount of product. My waves lasted and looked good ALL DAY! Absolutely recommend !

I took my girlfriend to her appointment here and was severely let down. You could easily tell that the staff is overworked by how sluggish and tired everyone looked and how it took an extra 20 minutes for my girlfriend to go back, past her scheduled time. Everyone seemed like they didn't want to be there which made me really not want to be there either. Though her original stylist was great, and super sweet, she was having a lot of trouble and they had someone else come over. I can't remember if her name's was Dorothy, but I believe that is who came over. She was very rude and seemed very full of herself. She really didn't take as much care as the other stylist did, and you could tell she was just trying to rush. Overall the experience here for me was okay, but it made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable and that is extremely unacceptable. We will not be returning. Do not waste your money or time here.

I really loved the Drybar shop in Richmond! I've been to other locations in the past and the service here was actually a little better than others. I talked to a girl named Heather on the phone, and she was super nice and accommodating to my schedule since I would only be visiting Richmond for a few days and really needed my hair done for an event. I got a blow out, and asked for it to be super straight. As a woman with super curly frizzy hair, these girls did SO GOOD. Personally, I really love the liquid glass treatment because it helps make the blow out last longer than if I did it at home. I will definitely stop by again next time I am visiting!! Thank you ladies
