Terrible location. Changed my appointment without notifying me. The manager Adam was very very rude to me and I will never be coming back here again.

This place is a complete joke. me and my mom went in to get blowouts, I came out with pin straight hair and my mom had Barbie doll curls. If I had known this was the service we were going to receive I wouldn’t have made that hour drive there and paid $120. The girls that did our hair were very nice however not the whole stuff was like that. One lady was about to cry because how bad her hair looked and she had to get it re-styled three times.

I visited this place on Sunday June 4th. My service was excellent. However my mom also got a blow out by Shabnum and omg she was the WORST PERSON to deal with. She kept making faces behind my mom. And than when my mom asked her to not to put so much serum in her hair she’s like look at the weather outside you don’t know it’s humid?! And she was so rude about it and than my mom told her to fix it because there was chunks of pieces in my moms hair that were not done and Shabnum straight up told my mom that we don’t have enough products in their store. But the receptionist was nice enough to tell Shabnum what to do and to use a flat iron so my moms hair stays. And when I told Shabnum that we will be talking to her manager she said I don’t care and started waving a card with her name on it and yelling at us.

Service was great, place was clean and the environment was professional. However, I asked for a semi voluminous blow out and received curls that flattened out AS SOON AS I GOT IN MY CAR. I’ll admit my hair looked great as soon as she was done, but what kind of hairdresser goes against a clients wishes? She was lovely but the least she could have done is ensured the curls, that I didn’t ask for, held for at least a few hours. Her words were “this will hold for a week”, that was a lie.
