Drybar - The Domain in Austin

The front desk manager at this location wanted to nickel-and-dime me when I was ready to pay, tacking on additional charges I never agreed to. She then rudely argued with me when I tried to understand why I was being charged more than what my appointment was for. She completely ruined my experience. I hope the extra $15 was worth it for them to lose a customer.

I love this place! I recently started visiting this salon for my blowouts and have enjoyed them so far. The stylists I have had a great job on my hair. I have even joined their membership since I am someone who gets a weekly blowout!

I got a blowout last week and the experience was great! My stylist did such a great job and my hair came out exactly the way I had hoped it would. Definitely going back!
