Drybar - Suburban Square

Sasha did an amazing job! My hair is typical very thick and oily. I left with my hair feeling super smooth! She took her time with me and did exactly what I wanted and more to make me feel good! - Will be back as needed for special events 🤍

I’ve gone here before and had a great experience but this time left a sour taste. First the stylist made a disgusted face when she saw that my booked service was an up-tini and then walked away from me and proceeded to comb out the hair from her brushes from the last client which she then left in a clump on the counter with the used combs and brushes. She then called me over and asked if she could not wash and blow dry my hair since it would stay better if it was “dirty” which I have heard before so I agreed, assuming the final cost would reflect that. I then noticed that the dirty comb that had the last client’s hair tangled in it was no longer in front of me because she was using it on my hair. She then proceeded to visibly struggle for an hour trying to figure out how to do my hair, which I’ve never had anyone ever struggle with before. I ended up with something that I could have done myself in about ten minutes and not nearly like what I asked for. I was also charged the full price even though I only received 1/3 of the service.

Wonderful job, felt so taken care of. We had a large group and everyone looks amazing. I felt each of us got personally cared for.

All of the stylists in Suburban Square are talented and they do a GREAT JOB!!! Today, I was especially impressed with their creative Christmas tree!!!

Rose was my stylist. She listened to what I wanted & my upkeep abilities & she delivered exactly whet I asked for & wanted!! My hair looks & feels fabulous!! Rose was so fun to chat with while she worked 🌹🤍
