Drybar - South Beach

Just be aware that at times this location may be understaffed and they run VERY late Booked an appointment for 10:45 AM on Tuesday before a work interview. I came in on time, only two women were working, and they said they were 15 mins behind. I said I would wait. Ended up waiting 40 minutes before I had to cut it and leave because they weren’t even close to finishing the other two women’s hair and I needed to get ready for the interview! 40 mins of waiting, in that time I was suppose to be done with my appointment and my hair wasn’t even washed. I want to be understanding that there were only two women there, but dry bar should not be booking appointments if there is not enough staff and these women should be honest with how behind they are! 15 mins verses 40+ minutes is a big difference. Be honest and tell the customer you are running very late and they will reschedule or at least get something to eat.

Absolutely abysmal experience at Drybar. Their deceptive pricing practices amount to nothing less than a scam. What's advertised online, either on Google or their own website, bears no resemblance to the prices they actually charge. I found myself being overcharged by a shocking 50% for a simple blowout, and even after bringing this up, they stuck to their exploitative prices. In a particularly frustrating twist, the manager promised to rectify the situation but never followed through. If you are looking for a place that offers excellent service, values honesty, and respects their customers, I urge you to look elsewhere. Drybar has utterly failed to meet even the most basic standards of fairness and transparency.

I had an okay experience it could've been better. However I had a Stylist named Fania and she wasn't pleasant at all. The Stylist gossiped about other employees. She did great on the hair but a wicked personality.

My experience was great. Haley took amazing care of me giving me the best blow out I’ve ever had. She was extremely professional all while helping me to understand about the products she used on me. (I have curly hair.) I will definitely be booking with her again on my next visit to Drybar.
