Drybar - Rumble in Upper East Side

I really wish I had read other reviews before booking this location. Super nice people, but for being a well-funded company they need to hire a plumber ASAP. During the wash, the water was FREEZING cold and suddenly switched to uncomfortably hot. Looking back at other reviews it seems this has been an issue for over a year. This location should not offer wash and blow out if they can’t do very basic washes at a comfortable temperature. Again, not the stylist’s fault (she even tried to warn me). Really not cool. I left disappointed in my experience.

Nancy did an incredible job on my blow out! I did have to wait when I got there BUT Nancy was the only stylist so I can’t blame her for that. I was still out in under an hour. The wash was lavish and she styled me so fast. My curls look amazing!!! Thanks Nancy!!

This place is FILTHY!!! I was so grossed out by the whole experience in this “salon”. There is dirt and dust everywhere. I don’t think this place has ever been cleaned since the day it opened. The stylist that did my hair just kept spraying so much damn product and by the time I left the salon all the curls dropped. I blow dry my own hair and that last 2/3 days. I had to wash my hair same night because it just looked so oily. Waste of time and money. This place really needs to get their act together!!!!!! Hire a cleaning company ASAP

Worst blow out by Louis. I went there today and first of all he was 10 min late, and had a very rude persona throughout. He rushed and did a terrible job and at the end I looked at my hair and saw part was curled and part was straight. I told him about it and he said it was basically my fault because I was touching it…. Very silly. Disappointing encounter. Won’t be going back to him

They can't keep to the schedule, and the girl working the front desk was clueless about how to manage appointments. I was in an hour after my scheduled time.... also, my blow dry was nothing special, especially considering the high price tag. Go elsewhere to a local salon that will be better and cheaper.
