Drybar - Rancho Cucamonga

This location is something else they always tell me to make notes on my account and I did. I asked for a senior stylist all the time because I have to get in and get out. I know it's not the girls fault but they always give me a new person that can't blow dry or curl my hair. I have long thick hair so I do this for my sanity and theirs. I have to sit for 2 hrs everytime. That's ridiculous everyone leaves before me and they come after me. All I have to say is get a new management team I'm in leadership and would never do that to paying customer. I'm so over it that I cancelled my membership. I would rather do my own hair at home in less than 1 hr instead of these horrible chairs and customer service. Goodbye Drybar Rancho!

I had the most amazing experience today! Everyone was so friendly and my blowout was amazing!! (Shout out to Ilana for making my hair look amazing!) absolutely will be coming back!

Stephanie did an amazing job giving me the flippy, voluminous 90s blowout I was looking for! She took the time to walk me through what I was looking for in the end result and got to know my concerns with the layers I had. She turned my hack job haircut into a beautiful happy after! I was a drybar barfly for over a year. Recently, I paused my membership and was left with credits. I was traveling to California from Texas recently and decided to book a service for an event. I booked this appointment two weeks in advance. I called 3 times to verify that my credits would be accepted despite having purchased this membership in Texas. NO answer to my phone calls. The day if my service, I knew at 7:40 that I would be late for my 8am service. In Texas, usually the front desk answers and pushes my appointment back if possible- even if it’s just 5 minutes. I called twice at 7:40 and decided to try back at 8. No one answers. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. Someone finally comes over, I give her my name and she says I’ve missed my grace period. I tell her politely that I called with plenty of time to let them know of my tardiness. The best she was able to do was dry styling our hair. I agree because we had an event. The dry style took 45 minutes- they could have just washed our hair! Would not recommend this location.

Holy smokes! This dry bar is the nastiest I ever been to! They dont care one bit about their customers! They are quick to take your money, make you wait for at least 10-30 mins but will not work with you at all if you fail their policy. How is that fair They also take all appointments even when they dont dont enought staff. They dont even have enough chairs in the front
