Drybar - Indianapolis Downtown Bottleworks

This was my first time visiting this Drybar location and it lived up to my expectations. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and after a stressful afternoon the complimentary beverage was much needed. Sydney did an amazing job styling my hair and it stayed in place for the next two days (despite travel and humidity). I look forward to my next visit!

Lexi did an amazing job with an up-do request! I showed a picture of the inspiration, she consulted with my hair type and style what would work and checked with me throughout the process to make sure I liked the style and fit. I really appreciate how consultative she was and she gave me tips on how to manage with my gown. Thank you!!

My favorite location between this one and the one in Keystone. Always a great experience and I'm always blown away with how quickly they lay my hair down! It takes me 2 hours alone and it takes them 1! :D The Double Barfly membership is worth it. One of my top favorites is Ashley N! I have loved the services I have received from the following as well: Sydney, Jess, Destiny, Jenna, and Dani 💜 For context, I have semi long thick 3C natural hair. I get either the straight up or the Manhattan. My hair last at least 2 weeks if I manage it well at home.

My blowout from Sasha W was great! Every strand was perfectly smooth and bouncy, and she took the time to give it volume and shape it around my face in a way that felt so flattering. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone here twice. The first experience was great, she was done quickly and she listened to my requests of no product in my hair. The curls stayed in for almost two days and looked stunning! The second time they were sweet but didn’t listen when I said no product and my hair didn’t curl right and it didn’t stay. Trust me, your clients know their hair no matter how good you think your product is. It did smell good though :)
