My blowout turned out nice but the Stylist Jessica was rude and impersonal. She didn't come over to the foyer to greet me. She called out i A low voice for me to come to her from the chair. I didn't feel like I was being pampered at all. I tried to make small talk but she made it clear that she wasn't interested. Additionally, she never asked me if I liked my blowout. She didn't say goodbye or anything. She just walked off. I don't think she should be dealing with the public if she's going to have such an attitude. I'll never have her do my blowout again. The receptionist manager was VERY nice and made me feel welcomed.

I have come here a few times for special occasions in the past. I came here for a treat yourself day and got the Cosmo blow out. I love the loose curls and the attention to detail that my stylist gave me. She was very patient, gentle and sweet individual. I showed her a picture of one of my past blow outs and she nailed it! Can't wait to return :)

Stephanie* did a great job with my half updo. She was super quick and my hair held up all afternoon and into the night. I wish I lived closer so I could see her again!

I recently went to Drybar for the first time to have my hair done for a gala, and really enjoyed it. I had a blowout service with an added liquid glass treatment and it held well and fought the crazy humidity that evening. Ebony was my stylist and she was great - kind, personable and attentive. I highly recommend her.

Blowouts here use to last for days, now not even a day. I took my adult daughters the other day to get a wash and blowout because I use to go all the time. Hair looked good temporarily but they said their stylist were very rough and hurt their heads the entire time. Prices have also gone up way too much for the service that has gone down. Do better and teach your stylist not to be so rough. It’s a blowout not braids!!
