Desierto Azul

We have now had two visits to Desierto Azul, and each time has been a lovely decompress into the Baja desert, a place allowing us to rest and chill, to sit and gaze off at the mountains, the cactus garden, or the stars and moon. It is also very convenient to both Todos Santos, the town, and to the surrounding countryside where we could get off for desert hikes. The owners and staff are most lovely, and kind, and there to accommodate our every need. The morning breakfast, lovingly prepared by Marta, was fresh and so very healthy, with fresh bread and locally made granola, and freshly prepared juices and strong, dark coffee (or, a mellow tea). We've had two different rooms there (there are only 4!), and they were idyllically positioned such that you can see the sun in the morning from your bed, and provide a lovely serene setting to aide and abet your stay. We will be back...

My wife, two girls (ages 7 and 4) and I had a fabulous week long stay at Desierto Azul! Fabrizio, Jose, Joey, Ignacio, Martha, and Robert were absolutely amazing hosts, and made us all feel completely at home. Only thing that would have improved our experience would have been if the pool was a bit warmer. But the wholesome and delicious breakfasts (home made granola, organic yogurt and juices, avocado toast, etc), simple but perfect room, awesome vibe, etc. were perfect. HIGHLY recommended!

We loved our stay at Desierto Azul. The property is so thoughtfully and intentionally designed, and really beautifully done. The net effect is a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The staff are so kind and warm and responsive. The breakfasts were delicious. The property is very close to the beach and several great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Brilliant small hotel, located close to Todos Santos centre and also the beach. The design and fit out of the rooms is amazing - stylish and functional. The swimming pool and lounging area is so good. And the fresh breakfasts are excellent. We also attended a cooking class which was fantastic. However, the element that make the hotel so special is the service. It is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Jose, the manager, is a very special human being! We would love love love to return!!
