I was there about 10 days ago for the first time and the truth is that everything was great. When I made the appointment by phone, they told me the price of the consultation directly, thus avoiding surprises later. Once there, the doctor was very attentive and friendly. He even made a small intervention on the fly and that did not lead to an increase in the price. At another dermatologist in Badajoz, if they have to do something to you, they make an appointment for another day and charge you separately. On this first date, everything was great.

Already the telephone attention by the receptionist from the first call was a disaster, lack of communication and rudeness that came to the consultation. The receptionist was unpresentable, rude and arrogant who wanted to rip us off. My 2 young children went to the consultation with a previous diagnosis from the pediatrician, the 2 entered at the same time in the same appointment and they only examined one of my children and in a bad way, they did not even see the other. A short visit of 20 minutes and when we went to pay the useless and shameless receptionist asks us for 160 euros, 80 euros for each one ... obviously I refused to pay 160 euros and I paid him the 80 euros that corresponded to a single consultation and for the attention to only one of my children. At the shout of scammers I had to leave there, because on top of that this individual (bitter receptionist) became violent. I do not recommend this clinic at all. If you want to have a bad time and get scammed, this is the perfect place
