Unpresentable! patient for years, concert appointment for another matter and they tell me that I haven't been there for 2 years (thank goodness, right??) they have to charge me as a first appointment but that they do me the favor of giving me a discount and instead of 160 € (a 60% increase in 5 years on the fee for the first visit!!) they charge me €100 (100% increase on the fee for follow-up visits). What has been said, some scoundrels, also they do not notify you in advance of the increases or new rates, no, they tell you when they charge you. And all for a 4 min consultation and after having waited 50 minutes for my appointment time!! A piece of advice to people who are considering going to Dermagune... DON'T GO!!! Look for another more honest assistance and with orientation to the service and the patient and not to fill your pocket!!!! P.S. I put a star because it doesn't let me post without putting one, otherwise I wouldn't put any!

Look, without a doubt, very efficient, attentive, polite and professional, and what can I say about Doctor Soto, in addition to treating us with great professionalism, he demonstrated humanity and a lot of seriousness in his work.
