If not, let me tell you that you work very poorly, wishing I could unsubscribe, that with the 140 e that I pay I will save it and when I am offered a test I will give it and I will have more than what I pay per year, you are shameless They eat our brains to make us feel confident and everything is rosy and when we are offered a simple piece of paper for a test that I am not going to take, they give me a thousand problems, yours truly and please don't bother me more than when Please have the paper, I'm sending it because more than anyone, you don't want it, like me, I can't even shower alone anymore because of the pain in my arm, thanks to you, and on the other hand, I'm going to give you a lot of publicity. Getting worse. I've been waiting for weeks for a rehabilitation appointment because they only work with ICOT and, apparently, this center tells me that it has agreements with social security, so the waiting list is long, so I wonder why I pay private insurance yes, in the end, I have to wait in line for social security anyway. On the other hand, customer service via telephone is nil. You call by phone because you need an authorization and you can't wait because there wasn't enough time before the appointment and, after having you type numbers for a while, the recording sends you to the web and hangs up. You then call the phone number that appears on the back of the card and, after enduring the same recording, the operator that attends you redirects you to the web. You tell him your problem and nothing, that the web, zero interest in helping. I tell him about the telephone number of this delegation and he tells me that you have to go to the office, that they don't answer the phone, to which I reply that there is a contact telephone number and, simply, he tells me that they are aware. Result: I have missed the appointment and now who knows until when because the center does not have appointments available even for next month, they will call me. I have been in Adeslas for 3 and a half years and many years in other companies, Now I comment my case: Almost a month ago I sent an authorization to have surgery for a herniated cervical disc and after a week without news they told me by phone to go through this delegation in the palms, that's the surprise I got, I go with a pain in the arm for the pathology that I had and the nerves because I could no longer with so much medication that I was taking and not having surgery for me was to continue suffering, I talk to a girl from there and not to mention she would not let me, she stepped on me when she spoke all the time and her voice began to rise, incredible !!!!! I also started to raise my voice there and so much so that I asked for the claims book, freaking out with that woman (to call her in some way, empathy 0) when I was filling out the claim, a girl from inside approached me as if she was from Atemcion to the patient or no who right now but we are the person in charge at that moment or I don't know, well I fill out the claim and he asks me what the problem is, I explain that the next day he operated on me and that I needed the authorization before 2:00 p.m. and it being 10:30 a.m. in the morning, he tells me that they can't find it and that they asked for my health questionnaire (the one I did when I took out the insurance) and that they hadn't sent it to him, he started calling and going up and down and waiting I go out into the street and I call the one who called me to contract the insurance and he tells me that the questionnaire had already been sent, I'm still waiting and when it's 1:00 p.m. he tells me that I didn't put in that I had kidney surgery and that he needs the report 🤷🏻 (I'm 41 and I underwent surgery when I was 17 years old and I don't even know exactly what they did to me to see what it has to do with the pathology of the cervicals, NOTHING) I take my car and go to kill myself at my mother's house to see if in their I had some papers, I found the report, I don't know how my mother had it (we already know how mothers are, they keep everything) and I go back because they closed at 2:00 p.m. to kill me in the car (I couldn't drive) and take Once delivered, he takes it inside and gives it to whoever assesses it and tells me that they can't authorize it, I tell him and I explain why and he tells me that I put it in the questionnaire, he can't explain what they put me through, in the end After asking him for explanations, he goes into an office and after a while he comes out telling me that I have to sign an exclusion in case he has something related to the kidney again and something about mental health, all because in the report it said that he was not very cooperative when he was admitted to the hospital. hospital (normally 17 years old and in bed for 2 months to stay still at that age) I go to sign it and in the end they gave me the authorization, they can't even imagine what I went through there, without shame is what they are….
