Terrible management both telephone and electronically. I do not recommend this company at all.
A week in advance I sent the medical report and the authorization request. I had to have surgery asking for a loan from the family and one day after the operation, I am still waiting for the response to the authorization....
Well, I'm not happy with the insurance, it doesn't cover anything at all... even the handyman you have, I needed to put some screws in the cistern and it didn't cover it either. We're looking forward to August to get rid of me. And for example, the other day they came to see if I was covered for the cistern, they told me that they were going to call me to tell me about it and today I had to call because they hadn't called me, we have terrible insurance, the worst I have had in 20 years. .and we've been reading the reviews and they're all bad...what an insurance company...

They have asked me for my information about 15 times (it is not an exaggeration, it is literal) and I have not been able to get the report opened. I have had to give up.
